Summary:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust data engineering solutions.
• Drive data flow management, systems engineering, and comprehensive requirements analysis for critical systems.
• Define enterprise software architecture, lead technical teams, and ensure stringent system security.
• Apply modern development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, overseeing integration and test activities.
• Implement and manage advanced data storage solutions within cloud repository and big data environments.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 20+ years
Salary: $320k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Outline, develop, and implement complex data engineering solutions.
• Manage and optimize data flows, ensuring efficiency and integrity across systems.
• Conduct comprehensive Systems Engineering and Requirements Analysis.
• Define and document robust Software Architecture for new and existing systems.
• Lead and mentor Technical Teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure the security of systems and data, implementing best practices and controls.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for project planning and execution.
• Perform Integration and Test (I&T) activities to validate system functionality and performance.
• Deploy and manage data storage in Cloud repository and Big Data environments.
• Utilize and maintain expertise in technologies including NiFi, Linux, MySQL, Java, and Splunk.
• Engage in Software Development and traditional Software Configuration Management.
• Provide expertise in Linux Systems Administration and Database Engineering.
