Summary:
• Develop and implement advanced data engineering solutions.
• Apply extensive expertise across systems engineering, software development, and database management.
• Drive the design, implementation, and secure operation of complex dataflow systems.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through integration and test.
• Leverage Agile methodologies to deliver robust and scalable solutions in a cloud-based environment.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Salary: $320k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Develop and implement data engineering solutions utilizing Dataflow and NiFi.
• Perform comprehensive Requirements Analysis for new and existing systems.
• Apply expert knowledge in Systems Engineering principles and practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain software components using Java.
• Manage and optimize Linux operating environments.
• Administer and engineer MySQL databases, contributing to overall Database Engineering.
• Implement and oversee traditional Software Configuration Management practices.
• Engage in all phases of Software Development lifecycle.
• Ensure robust System Security for all data engineering solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Lead and execute Integration and Test (I&T) activities.
• Utilize and manage Cloud repository/Big Data technologies.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Splunk.
