Vistra seeks an experienced Assessment Senior Analystthat uses their knowledge, skills, and ability to collect, analyze, develop, contribute, and report to USCENTCOM/higher HQs periodic (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) assessments. The Senior Assessments Analyst provides subject matter expertise to lead, manage and participate in assessments activities and prepare semi-annual Country Security Cooperation Plan (CSCP) assessments and present results to senior leaders, Country Security Cooperation Roundtable (CSCRT) and Country Security Cooperation Working Group (CSCWG). In this role you will participate in and develop CCJ5-SC's the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRSS) Quarterly Readiness Reviews (QRRs) Joint Mission Essential Task (JMET) assessment and contribute to DRRS semi-annual readiness assessments and Contingency Plans. Participate in the semi-annual CENTCOM Campaign Assessment (CCA), the Joint Staff (JS) Annual Joint Assessment (AJA), and the JS annual Global Campaign Plan - Iran (GCP-I).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform as the USCENTCOM Assessment lead (OPR) for specific CENTCOM Campaign Plan (CCP) Effects and Success Criteria directly related to SC.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of assessment data, the coordination of assessment findings/summaries across the HQ staff and provide assessments results to CCJ5 Assessments Division for synthesis and presentation to the Commander's Decision Dialogues (CDD).
  • Provide data to support other CCP Effects and Success Criteria OPRs to assist in their assessment development. Participate in CCP revisions and Line of Effort (LOE) working groups to support, but not limited to, objectives, Intermediate Military Objectives (IMO), Effects, and Success Criteria as necessary.
  • Provides program and analyst subject matter expertise to assist the Lead TSC Planner in the development, assessment, and refinement of SC plans, Strategic Guidance, and other SC products to support higher headquarters' requirements, the CCP, or the Commander's priorities.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience
