E-INFOSOL is searching for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to be a full-time employee in Washington, DC to join our innovative and customer solutions focused team.
Job Description:
We are seeking candidates committed to high quality to provide courteous and accurate technical information. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with customers, often engaging directly with non-technical personnel, to understand their mission related needs, suggest solutions, and complete work in a timely manner.
Design, develop, and maintain a DevOps environment to support the automation and deployment of mission-critical applications.
Implement infrastructure and automate application development and deployment processes.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated delivery of applications.
Automate and enhance workflows around build, test, and deployment of applications.
Manage and maintain infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field
Eight+ (8) years of software/application development experience.
A minimum of 8 years of experience with DevOps, infrastructure automation.
Significant experience using infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Terraform.
Knowledge of AWS services and their application to deployment and management of infrastructure.
Experience in CI/CD toolsets (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
Experience with Containerization (Docker) and Containerization Orchestration (Kubernetes).
Programming experience with Python or Java.
Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of full-lifecycle engineering projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex Cloud infrastructure issues.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
AWS Certification.
Ability to communicate with customers to refine requirements.
Ability to deconstruct customer requirements into delineated tasks.
Being a team player, willing to transparently collaborate with technical SMEs.
