The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Operations lead supporting the Army DCS, G-6, Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate Continuity of Operations Program (COOP). NC4SI provides comprehensive planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical and management services at The Pentagon, Washington D.C. and Ft. Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities:
-Provide planning, policy, technical, operational, and analytical services to support task force-oriented communications operations and ongoing current/contingency operations.
-Responsive to immediate, short-term Army communications initiatives on a day-to-day basis; Maintain the Common Operating Picture (COP) to provide an instant understanding of signal and cyber situation.
-Provide action officer support to develop, staff, and publish Execution Orders and Fragmentary Orders (EXORD/FRAGO); track completion and provide updates to senior leaders.
-Provide action officer support in the management and tracking of official taskers in the Army Task Management Software Solution Tool (ETMS2).
-Develop written products (information paper, memorandums, Executive Summaries, SITREP, and briefing slides) and provide senior leaders (General Officers and Senior/ Executive Service) briefings.
-Must be able to review technical products, conduct mission analysis, and propose solutions via task requirement products, that translate operational concepts into relevant solutions.
-Provide expertise with Commanders' tactical to theater level Coalition, Command, control, Communications and Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) requirements.
-Provide C5ISR advice and support to the HQDA staff, subordinate commands, and activities that support contingency operations including Army support of Geographic Combatant Commanders in all Theaters of Operation, the Army Requirements and Resourcing Board, Strategic Readiness --------Updates, Army Campaign Plan, and the Army Synchronization Meeting.
-Monitor the C4IT readiness and reset status of Total Army Signal/Cyber Units
-Prepare for, coordinate, and support, as required, the DCS G-6 and/or the Director, NC4SI at various forums.

Qualification:
Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with varying audiences and stakeholders at the executive level.
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance.
- Education - Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Experience - 5+ years of relevant professional experience; At least 3 years of relevant IT experience in S-3 operations, network operations center, or similar support role.
- Former Operations military field grade officer, warrant officer, or senior non-commissioned officer with a minimum of 5 years recent relevant specialized experience in IT, signal or cyber.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision on high-visibility tasks for Army senior leaders.
- Experience reporting Army readiness metrics at a minimum at the company level.
- 2 Years Experience managing, tracking, responding and closing official taskers in task management tool (ETMS2/CATMS).
- Strong attention to detail; Able to discover relevant data, understand the context it is being used, and apply experienced analysis to turn data into useful information
Desired:
- Army-specific experience and flexibility to perform and communicate at the General Officer levels of the Army.
- Former Army Operations officer, warrant officer, or senior non-commissioned officer with a minimum of 5 years recent relevant specialized experience as a U.S. Army signal or cyber-series soldier.
- Army or DOD Task Management Tracking System experience.
