Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
Position Overview
The Technical Project Manager, Data Management is responsible for leading the execution of complex IT and data-centric programs in support of mission requirements. This role integrates project management, data analytics, and technical oversight to ensure delivery of scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.

Position Overview
The Technical Project Manager, Data Management is responsible for leading the execution of complex IT and data-centric programs in support of mission requirements. This role integrates project management, data analytics, and technical oversight to ensure delivery of scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate IT and data-related activities, including systems analysis, data processing, and software development
- Manage day-to-day program execution and support long-term strategic planning aligned to contract objectives
- Develop and maintain project management plans; track cost, schedule, performance, and risk
- Lead data-driven efforts, including data analysis, KPI development, and reporting using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Translate mission and business requirements into data and technical solutions
- Support data lifecycle activities, including ingestion, transformation, storage, and reporting
- Implement data governance, quality control, and compliance practices
- Coordinate across functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery
- Serve as primary POC for moderately complex technical and infrastructure efforts
- Manage contractor personnel and ensure deliverables meet SOW requirements
- Provide status reporting on program performance, staffing, and risks
- Support cost estimation, resource planning, and budget execution
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure mission success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in data analysis or similar field preferred; an additional four (4) years of experience be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in addition to education level
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Experience with data warehouses, databases, and data architecture concepts
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Working knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines
- Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and lifecycle management practices
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate business needs into technical/data requirements
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) preferred
- Basic scripting experience such as Python preferred; knowledge of data modeling preferred
- Must possess current PMP or CSM certification
- Experience working in a DoD or IC environment
- Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
