CACI's Enterprise IT Line of Business is seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Manager to lead the federal programs with the DoW in High Point, NC.
The Lead Cybersecurity Manager will serve as the main point of contact for providing additional and direct support to PM CT2 for all Cybersecurity functions, providing strategic direction and overseeing on all cybersecurity efforts/development and delivery of IT solutions supporting DoW network modernization programs (U.S. Air Force/Army/Navy).

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with ATEC SO Information System Security Managers (ISSMs) and ensure compliance with security controls, and all pertinent DoD IT policy and procedures for all system integrations.
- Ensure data, information, and security systems are secure and function as required to prevent Cybersecurity breaches of all information systems.
- Serve in a leadership role for all internal and external organizations to provide clear communication and direction for maximum Cybersecurity efforts.
- Lead initiatives for security best practices and provide recommendations to the Government.
- SME/Lead cybersecurity program and system security assessments and support the development and maintenance of cybersecurity programs in accordance with DoDI 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD IT and DoDI 8500.01 Cybersecurity.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of management, operational, and technical security controls in accordance with NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 and CNSSI 1253 Security Categorization and Control Selection.
- Interface with customers, IT personnel, and senior military leadership to define, implement, and achieve cybersecurity objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations supporting the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process, including risk determinations and mitigation strategies.
- Review network and system architectures for compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, including LAN/WAN, routing, and infrastructure security technologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of recent experience in the field of DoD Information Systems Security and/or Cybersecurity
- Minimum of five years' experience (within the last seven years) creating RMF packages and entering the data into eMASS to obtain an ATO/Authority to Connect, including all the ancillary artifacts
- At minimum, one year of experience working U.S. Army RMF processes
- Possess a current certification demonstrating knowledge of cybersecurity management (CAP, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC) (GLSC)
- Certified Information Systems Security Manager (CISSM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Desired:
- ISSM, Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), and/or Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) experience
- Experience in coordinating and conducting validation of security control implementation.
- 5+ years of experience maintaining and managing client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
- Active industry certification(s) and demonstrated success executing deploying the technical solution in a large-scale network modernization environment.
