Summary:
• Drive modernization and innovation initiatives for mission-critical systems.
• Evaluate existing production environments to identify and implement modernization opportunities.
• Lead the design and execution of rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development.
• Influence architectural direction with a focus on cloud adoption and enterprise re-architecture.
• Apply secure authentication, authorization, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) principles.

Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 14+ years
Salary: $303k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Lead and execute modernization initiatives for mission-critical systems, ensuring the delivery of validated solutions.
• Evaluate production environments to identify opportunities for technological advancement and efficiency improvements.
• Design and conduct fail-fast experiments and oversee the development of proof-of-concept solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and influence architectural decisions, emphasizing cloud-native solutions and enterprise re-architecture.
• Replatform monolithic applications to scalable, cloud-native architectures.
• Implement robust secure authentication, authorization, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions.
• Utilize expertise in Java, Python, Javascript, Go, and React.js for full-stack development.
• Develop and integrate Restful Web Services.
• Work with AWS cloud services for deploying and managing applications.
• Apply Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence principles, using frameworks like Tensorflow and PyTorch.
• Manage development workflows and collaboration using Confluence, Jira, Gitlab, Jenkins/Hudson, and Maven, promoting Continuous Integration practices.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor and analyze system performance with Splunk and Grafana.
• Administer virtualized environments using VMware and automate infrastructure with Ansible.
• Work with graph databases such as Neo4J and Amazon Neptune.
• Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery.
• Lead technical teams, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve project goals.
