Exchange Specialist
Level: Technician III, IV, or V - will consider any level for all roles (Experience range is minimum 5 years thru 12 years or above)
Rates and Years of Experience Per Level
Technician 3 (5 to 8 years of Experience)
W2 Salary: $180k/year
1099 rate: $104.81/hour
Technician 4 (8 to 12 years of Experience)
W2 Salary: $218k/year
1099 rate: $136.06/hour
Technician 5 (8 to 12 years of experience with strategic experience)
W2 Salary: $262k/year
1099 rate: $152.88/hour
Timeframe: Starting as soon as possible.
PoP through 6/15/2026 with 2 option years
Clearance Level: MUST BE Active TS/SCI w/ FSP (This is a non-negotiable requirement. Please ensure any candidates have an ACTIVE FSP clearance.)
Location: onsite in Herndon, VA area.

Routine Maintenance & Platform Support

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with Cloud hosting services
Familiarity with M365
