Responsibilities:
• The Geospatial Analyst shall perform analysis of the full spectrum of US Government and commercial GEOINT assets and maintain expertise in all associated tradecraft, including Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S), Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS), geospatial data processing, analysis and modeling, and general intelligence analysis.
• Maintain proficiency with all tools and databases necessary to access supporting intelligence information required for the execution of GEOINT support to the customer.
• Use geographic information systems, methods, and tools to answer critical intelligence questions.
• Perform specialized scientific and technical data processing techniques utilizing non-standard and developmental software suites, to include SAP, CAP, and CNWDI level programs; stage for exploitation; and provide requisite training as required by the Government.
• Adhere to all GEOINT related technical publications, policies, and directives at the National, Theater, and local level. The most current version National System for GEOINT (NSG) Publication 1.0 GEOINT Basic Doctrine, will serve as the foundation for all GEOINT related analysis, production, and reporting.
• Responsible for capturing analytical findings in textual, graphic, vector, or other formats as directed by national and local policy and will ensure that GEOINT reporting adheres to national, theater, and local policies which govern content, accuracy, formatting, classification, and timeliness. Contractor shall maintain familiarity and expertise with all relevant classification guides, security policy, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs).
• Remain abreast of geo-political events, topics, atmospherics, and current events as they relate to supported Combatant Commands and respective theaters, to provide informed, insightful, and timely answers to customer intelligence requirements.

Qualifications:
• Relevant experience must be in geospatial analysis and/or geospatial information systems.
• Expert knowledge of industry standard location analysis desktop and server applications such as Esri ArcGIS Platform, QGIS, MapBox, GeoServer, etc.
• Experience using and managing spatial relational databases including Oracle, MSSQL, or PostGreSQL/PostGIS.
• Extensive experience with geographically derived assessments, enterprise data integration, spatial data governance, metadata management and interpretation of business and performance metrics.
• Expert ability to present geospatial information via multimedia presentations and written reports.
• Experience in coordination and collaboration with industry counterparts on technical projects, software and service assessment, and other related subject material.
• Familiarity with DoD/NSG Structured Observation Management (SOM) and object- based production
• Current/active TS/SCI clearance

- MA or MS in a technical field such as Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related degree AND 5 years of relevant experience; OR
- BA/BS degree in a technical field such as Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related degree AND 10 years of relevant experience OR
- HS diploma/GED AND training with a DoD/ Geospatial Information Services career field/ military occupational specialty AND at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience
Qualifications:

- Experience using Python, R, SAS, Java or other coding languages with spatial data to deliver custom solutions.
- Experience with IC and DoD geospatial data and repositories
- Experience working within common project management frameworks.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in cartography, GIS, spatial modeling.
- Familiarity with Army, DoD, or IC geospatial processes, policy, and programs.
- Private sector (e.g., GISP, Esri Professional, etc.) or government (e.g., GPC series) professional GIS certification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools and graphic design principles.
