Title: Technical Project Manager III, Data Analysis
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
Position Overview:
The Technical Project Manager, Data Analysis leads IT and data-driven initiatives in support of mission objectives. This role integrates project management, data analytics, and technical coordination to deliver solutions within cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

Position Overview:
The Technical Project Manager, Data Analysis leads IT and data-driven initiatives in support of mission objectives. This role integrates project management, data analytics, and technical coordination to deliver solutions within cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project execution, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
- Develop and maintain project plans; track cost, schedule, and performance
- Perform data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting to support mission insights
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Translate mission and business needs into data and technical solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure integrated delivery
- Serve as POC for technical and infrastructure efforts
- Manage personnel and ensure deliverables meet SOW and contractual requirements
- Provide status reporting on performance, risks, and staffing
- Support cost estimation, resource planning, and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in data analysis or similar preferred; an additional four (4) years of experience be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Minimum six (6) years of directly related experience in addition to education level
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Experience with data analysis, basic statistics, KPI tracking, and performance reporting
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with data cleaning, validation, and reporting
- Familiarity with relational databases, data modeling concepts, and data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Exposure to ETL tools processes and data pipelines preferred
- Knowledge of Python or R, and expreince with cloud platforms preferred
- Current PMP or CSM certification
- Experience working in a DoD or IC environment
- Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
