Intelligence Solutions Integrator Team Lead
Fort Belvoir, VA | Full Time | TS/SCI
SteelGate LLC is seeking an Intelligence Solutions Integrator Team Lead to support intelligence mission operations by coordinating analytic activities, intelligence integration efforts, and information sharing across mission partners. This role leads a team supporting intelligence planning, collaboration, analytic integration, and mission-focused knowledge management activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead and manage a team conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination, including tasking, prioritization, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with bilateral and multilateral partners to support intelligence information sharing and intelligence data and system interoperability.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials that support intelligence mission goals, analytic tradecraft, and community standards.
• Draft and maintain lesson plans, presentations, curricula, and training products in support of educational objectives.
• Manage and maintain training materials within assigned educational and training systems, including AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), or equivalent platforms.
• Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess applicability for incorporation into training and integration products.
• Develop, maintain, and manage training records, documentation, and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
• Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation supporting intelligence integration and knowledge management activities.
• Produce professional intelligence reports and products that integrate text and graphics to clearly convey complex analytic and integration concepts.
• Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences across organizational and Intelligence Community boundaries.
• Apply mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and integrate relevant developments from academia or other fields into intelligence integration efforts.
• Define and apply new, comprehensive, or innovative research approaches to enable rigorous assessments and support highlevel mission tasks.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management challenges across organizational and intraIC boundaries and clearly articulate findings.
• Review analytic products to ensure tradecraft compliance, analytic rigor, logical coherence, and adequate evidentiary support, routinely testing conclusions.
• Perform duties independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating sound judgment and accountability.
Requirements:
• Desired Experience:
9 years of position-related experience, with some experience within the last 2 years.
9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline within the DoD or Intelligence Community, with experience within the last 2 years
Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or later
• Desired Education (one of the following):
-Bachelor's degree in an area related to the position from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education.
-Master's degree with 5 years of intelligence discipline experience
-Bachelor's degree with 6 years of intelligence discipline experience
-Associate's degree with 7 years of intelligence discipline experience
- High School Diploma with 9 years of intelligence discipline experience
• At least 4 years of experience leading teams and managing subordinate personnel performing intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners supporting intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
• Demonstrated ability to:
- Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- Draft and maintain SOPs and formal documentation
- Produce intelligence products incorporating narrative and graphics
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
• Demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and awareness of evolving analytic tradecraft.
