Summary:
• Develop, sustain, and troubleshoot complex software applications across their full lifecycle.
• Implement, test, and integrate software solutions, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Manage and leverage a variety of programming languages, scripting tools, and database technologies.
• Utilize modern containerization and orchestration platforms for scalable deployments.
• Apply Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles and DevOps methodologies.
• Manage source code control and employ collaborative tools for efficient team operations.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Salary: $254k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Perform software development, sustainment, and troubleshooting for critical applications.
• Design, implement, test, and integrate software components and systems.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Bash and program in Python and Rust.
• Administer and manage Linux systems, including command-line interface (CLI) and associated tools.
• Work with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, and SQL databases, including PostgreSQL.
• Implement and manage containerization solutions utilizing Docker.
• Orchestrate containerized applications with Kubernetes, including the development and use of Helm Charts.
• Apply Continuous Integration (CI) and DevOps methodologies, leveraging GitLab CI for pipeline automation.
• Automate system configurations and application deployments using Ansible.
• Manage source code and version control using Git.
• Utilize Atlassian tools including Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Contribute to integration and test activities, ensuring robust and reliable software deployments.
