Program Manager

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Synertex LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of a mission-critical program supporting Intelligence Community operations at Fort Belvoir, VA. This role serves as the primary interface with Government leadership and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract performance, including technical execution, financial management, and operational delivery. The Program Manager will ensure alignment with mission objectives, maintain program efficiency, and drive successful outcomes across a multidisciplinary team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages all aspects of IT contract execution focused on software development and system administration.
• Responsible for task assignment and review, setting project pace, monitoring work-in-progress, and verifying successful completion of deliverables.
• Provides comprehensive program management across all subtask areas including program oversight, financial reporting, administrative/operational support, production metrics and CDRL reporting, and ODC tracking.
• Delivers Monthly Financial Status Reports and maintains a live web-based Financial and Resource Management Dashboard.
• Works independently with minimal oversight.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration; task assignment/review, project pace management, monitoring work-in-progress;
• Highly desired: 5 years supporting Army Military Intelligence
• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years direct industry experience OR Bachelor's degree in same fields with 14 years experience
