Summary:
• Lead the engineering of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Focus on robust Software Development, scalable Software Architecture, and insightful Data Science practices.
• Design, develop, train, and rigorously evaluate advanced AI models.
• Implement comprehensive Software Testing strategies to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
• Leverage AWS and DevOps methodologies for efficient deployment and management of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.
• Up to 2 days/week telework

Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 20+ years
Salary: $316k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Engineer and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Drive Software Development initiatives for AI-powered applications.
• Design and evolve Software Architecture for highly scalable and resilient AI systems.
• Conduct advanced Data Science activities, including data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection.
• Develop, train, and rigorously evaluate various Artificial Intelligence models.
• Implement thorough Software Testing protocols for AI models and associated software components.
• Utilize AWS cloud services for the deployment, scaling, and management of ML/AI workflows.
• Apply DevOps principles and practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and operational excellence of AI systems.
• Contribute to Systems Engineering efforts related to integrated AI solutions.
