Hemp Program Manager

Location: Buckley SFB, CO

Position Overview
Seeking a TS/SCI-cleared professional to support HEMP programs for SBIRS and Mission Delta 4. This role ensures the resilience and readiness of critical space and missile warning systems against electromagnetic threats through program execution, compliance, and technical advisory support in RF and E3.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage HEMP program lifecycle, including tasking, milestones, and sustainment
• Lead inspections, compliance efforts, and HCI/HCA assessments
• Deliver briefings and status reports to DoD leadership
• Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, and action tracking
• Oversee maintenance requests and issue resolution via secure systems (SIPRNet, CKNet, CCAS)
• Support logistics, inventory, and sustainment activities
• Provide RF/E3 technical expertise and vulnerability assessments
• Contribute to HEMP policy, Technical Orders, and enterprise integration efforts

Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• DoD/USSF program experience (space, missile warning, or critical infrastructure preferred)
• Knowledge of EMP/HEMP, RF systems, or E3
• Experience in program/project management and compliance processes
• Strong communication and briefing skills

• SBIRS or missile warning experience
• HEMP hardening, certification, or E3 testing background
• Experience with SIPRNet, CKNet, CCAS
• HCI/HCA tracking knowledge
• Technical Order (TO) experience
• Advanced degree
