Overview
Seeking a Crew Force Manager to support Mission Delta 4 Missile Warning and Tracking operations. This role manages training records, crew scheduling, and readiness tracking for U.S. Space Force personnel across SBIRS, UEWR, JTAGS, OBAC, and S2E2 systems.
The position ensures compliance with USSF training regulations, maintains accurate training data, and provides leadership with actionable readiness insights.

Responsibilities
• Administer Patriot Excalibur (PEX) as the MAJCOM-approved training database (SME/system admin)
• Manage training records for ~750 personnel; maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Load and manage Plans of Instruction (POIs); assign personnel to training events and courses
• Maintain crew task requirements aligned with MTLs and CTLs
• Track and archive training/evaluation data (Form 4419, Form 8, training memos)
• Conduct monthly audits of training data; identify gaps and report compliance issues
• Monitor crew proficiency, currency, and recurring training requirements
• Generate readiness reports, training metrics, and status updates for leadership
• Train users (operators, instructors, evaluators) on training systems and processes
• Coordinate training schedules with leadership to support mission requirements

Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance (must be eligible and current)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in crew force management, training management, or scheduling (military/aerospace)
• 3+ years of experience with PEX or similar training management systems
• Knowledge of USSF training/evaluation regulations and documentation
• Strong data management, auditing, and organizational skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills

• Training program management certification (USAF/USSF Instructor, Training Manager)
