Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Training Instructor/Analyst to support Mission Delta 4 (MD4) intelligence training and operational readiness initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering advanced intelligence instruction, developing training materials, and supporting mission-critical exercises related to missile warning and tracking operations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in space or counter-space intelligence, instructional delivery, and real-world threat analysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver intelligence training (MD4IC, MWTIT) and support certification programs
• Develop/update curriculum, lesson plans, and threat-based training scenarios
• Train and evaluate instructors; provide performance feedback
• Produce intelligence products and threat briefings for exercises (CT, CRV)
• Support live exercises, including intelligence analysis and “white cell” activities
• Provide command-level threat updates and respond to RFIs
• Ensure compliance with USSF training standards and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with leadership to align training with operational needs

Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Intelligence analysis experience (space, missile warning, or counter-space preferred)
• Background in military/government training environments
• Experience developing and delivering instructional content
• Strong briefing and communication skills
• Knowledge of adversary space capabilities and intelligence tradecraft
