Federal Agreements Specialist (Acquisition Specialist)
Location: MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL
Work Schedule: 100% Onsite

Federal Agreements Specialist (Acquisition Specialist)
Location: MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Government in the execution of contract modifications and serve as a liaison between the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and vendors to coordinate contractual actions and changes.
- Provide advisory support, consultation, and tracking of contractual responsibilities to ensure timely and compliant execution.
- Assist in the development, preparation, and review of contract documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), Performance Work Statements (PWS), pricing structures, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), reports, and DD Form 254 (Security Classification Specifications).
- Support program strategy development, acquisition planning, contract administration, and requirements/proposal reviews.
- Utilize Government systems and web-based portals to track, manage, and organize programmatic and contractual documentation.
- Review and validate contract deliverables submitted by contractors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required
- Working knowledge of Federal acquisition processes, policies, and procedures (FAR/DFARS preferred)
- Ability to interpret and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs)
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to research, verify, and evaluate data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across Government and contractor organizations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Federal budgeting, financial management, and/or procurement support
- Familiarity with Government budgeting and execution processes
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred) but experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
