This team is seeking a Software Engineer responsible for developing ground and flight software for missions to the Moon and beyond. Responsibilities:
- Able to write and debug basic code.
- Working on design principles applicable to medium scale efforts.
- Awareness of software lifecycle stages and basic principles to follow within each

- Strong willingness to learn industry-specific tools, libraries, and operating systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional work experience required.
- 5-8 years of experience with spacecraft software systems, system architecture and/or mission control systems.
- Manages components of projects independently, balancing technical work with light mentoring of newcomers.

- Actively participates in design reviews and technical discussions; offers constructive feedback.
- Demonstrates self-driven learning and continuous improvement; identifies gaps in skills and proactively seeks solutions.
- Begins to influence project direction through proposal of innovative solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary Range - $110,000 - $130,000 based on role, employee experience, and location
