What We're Looking For
As a System Administrator, you will support the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure. You will manage day-to-day system operations across client/server, storage, network and mobile environments while ensuring reliability, performance and availability of mission-critical systems.

What You'll Do
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support, including problem identification, diagnosis and resolution
  • Manage daily configuration, operation and monitoring of IT systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across server, network, storage and mobile devices
  • Support escalation processes and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Assist users in accessing and utilizing IT systems
  • Configure and manage UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Install, update and enhance operating systems to improve system performance and reliability
  • Maintain system integrity and configure network components
  • Perform system optimization, capacity planning and resource utilization analysis
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues involving hardware, applications and software integration
  • Support system design, mission architecture and associated hardware
  • Apply knowledge of system interdependencies within Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments
  • Support dispatch systems and hardware troubleshooting through resolution
This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+CI Security Clearance. Qualifications

What You'll Need
  • US Citizenship
  • TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a System Administrator supporting programs of similar scope, type and complexity
  • Strong experience with VMware and Linux environments
  • Experience configuring and managing UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system, hardware and integration issues

What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience supporting mission-critical or government environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide detailed feedback on escalated issues
  • Experience with system optimization, capacity planning and performance tuning
  • Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and system interdependencies
