Cloud Application Services Engineer
Location: Lakehurst, NJ
Job Description:
Serve as a SAP Cloud Application Services Engineer
Support build, operations, upgrades, troubleshooting across multi-instance landscapes
Provide admin support, including:
System installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning
Transport management, performance tuning, and high availability/DR strategy
Implement SAP components and resolve cross-stack issues
Ex. BW, MDG, Solution Manager, Data Services, Intelligent Asset Management
Cloud Architecture and Migration support and management
Delivery of migrations, including dependency mapping, cutover planning, and runbooks
Design support for networking, storage, backup/restore, observability, and cost controls
Delivery in SAP NS2 and secure cloud environments with IL4/IL6 requirements
Design support for disconnected operations and hybrid/edge scenarios
Provide containerization and DevOps support
Implement containerized SAP components and supporting services
Qualifications:
5+ years of Cloud Application Service Engineering
Strong understanding of SAP engineering
Hands-on cloud architecture engineering and migration management experience
System installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning experience
Containerization and DevOps engineering experience
Experience building and managing pipelines
Automation experience
Experience with the following:
Ansible and Terraform
Python, Java, Bash and/or PowerShell
Active DoD Secret Clearance
