Summary:
• Serve as a senior System Administrator for high-performance operational IT environments, supporting advanced capabilities.
• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of specialized compute hardware, including accelerator platforms.
• Lead hardware installation and sustainment efforts, ensuring operational readiness and longevity.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including installation procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Optimize system performance and enhance user workflows in complex IT infrastructures.
• Drive IT modernization initiatives, encompassing virtualization, future cloud integrations (AWS), and Large Language Model infrastructure.

• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 9+ years
• Salary: $226k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Install, configure, and maintain high-performance compute hardware, including NVIDIA accelerator platforms.
• Lead hardware installation, upgrade, and sustainment activities from planning to execution.
• Develop and update installation procedures, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Optimize system performance and user workflows within high-performance IT environments.
• Support virtualization initiatives and contribute to broader IT modernization strategies.
• Contribute to future cloud integrations, including AWS, and the implementation of Large Language Model infrastructure.
• Provide senior-level expertise in Linux systems administration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Apply strong High Performance Computing (HPC) knowledge to manage and enhance distributed systems.
• Utilize excellent technical documentation and communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Contribute to the support and evolution of advanced operational capabilities.
