Summary:
• Lead and guide agile teams for complex software development and hardware integration initiatives.
• Apply diverse agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban.
• Facilitate critical SAFe ceremonies, promoting team collaboration and alignment.
• Coach teams on agile principles and practices, fostering continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments to maintain project velocity.
• Utilize JIRA for comprehensive agile project management, tracking, and reporting.
• Champion the implementation of robust Software Testing, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and DevOps practices.

Salary: $284k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Lead and mentor agile teams in the full lifecycle of software development and hardware integration.
• Implement and adapt various agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban.
• Organize and facilitate SAFe program and team level ceremonies, ensuring effective participation.
• Coach agile teams and stakeholders on best practices, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
• Identify, track, and remove obstacles or blockers that hinder team productivity.
• Manage project workflows, backlogs, and reporting using JIRA.
• Drive the implementation of comprehensive Software Testing strategies and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Oversee the establishment and refinement of Continuous Integration (CI) and DevOps pipelines.
• Ensure successful Integration and Test (I&T) of software and hardware components.
