• Administer, maintain, and secure multiple complex database systems.
• Perform comprehensive database administration, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery operations.
• Develop and execute intricate SQL queries, translating diverse requirements into robust database schemas.
• Optimize database performance to ensure efficiency, reliability, and data integrity.
• Leverage expertise in Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra databases, applying Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Salary: $226k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Perform full-lifecycle database administration, encompassing design, implementation, maintenance, and security of diverse database environments.
• Conduct proactive database monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues and ensure continuous operation.
• Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database functions to meet application and reporting requirements.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective database schemas and data models using strong requirements analysis skills.
• Implement and enforce robust database security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance.
• Design, develop, and manage database solutions utilizing Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra technologies.
• Apply database engineering principles to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of database systems.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, integrating database solutions into the broader software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to software architecture discussions, providing expertise on database design, integration, and optimization.
• Execute database backup, recovery, and replication strategies to maintain business continuity and data availability.
