We are seeking motivated intelligence professionals to support a global counterterrorism mission through Full Motion Video (FMV) analysis.
Position Overview
The Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst will exploit motion imagery collected from ISR platforms and integrate all-source intelligence to produce actionable intelligence products. The analyst will support operational decision-making by identifying activity of interest, producing reporting, and delivering analytical insights in a high-tempo intelligence environment.
This position includes training in FMV exploitation tradecraft, motion GEOINT analysis techniques, and the use of specialized exploitation tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Exploit Full Motion Video (FMV) collected from ISR platforms to identify activity of intelligence interest
• Integrate all-source intelligence with motion imagery analysis to produce accurate and timely intelligence reporting
• Produce imagery-derived graphic products, intelligence summaries, and formal reports for dissemination
• Compile intelligence materials and support briefings for government leadership and operational personnel
• Maintain situational awareness during high-tempo operations and communicate intelligence findings in real time
• Utilize exploitation tools and electronic light tables to analyze National Technical Means (NTM) imagery
• Input analytical data accurately into mission systems and intelligence databases
• Apply FMV tradecraft techniques while operating within the intelligence cycle and analytical processes
• Maintain required FMV analyst qualifications and certifications
• Support 24/7 intelligence operations on a rotating shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of intelligence analysis experience OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Completion of a formal intelligence training course (typically 2+ months) resulting in a military intelligence MOS (e.g., All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, or related discipline)
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence information during high-tempo operations
• Strong analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to type 32 words per minute with at least 90% accuracy
• Understanding of the intelligence cycle and analytical processes
• Ability to accurately distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video display
• Must successfully complete required FMV analyst training and certification
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience exploiting Full Motion Video with understanding of sensor capabilities
• Familiarity with FMV operations and the TCPED process (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination)
• Experience exploiting national imagery and understanding imagery analysis standards
• Familiarity with National-level imagery product standards
• Background in counterterrorism analysis
• Experience preparing and presenting intelligence briefings using visual displays
• Ability to perform analytical tasks of varying complexity following established procedures
