Mobile Device Management Administrator

Full-Time | Wiesbaden, Germany | Top Secret/SCI Clearance

The Mobile Device Management Administrator is a member of the J63 Network Operations (NETOPS) team responsible for sustaining day-to-day satellite and mobile communication systems across all SAG-U enclaves at Clay Kaserne, Wiesbaden. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining satellite and mobile communication infrastructure and services. The Mobile Device Management Administrator executes approved configuration changes, maintains documentation, and supports operational readiness for mission users across the Tony Bass SPOC and supporting facilities.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain satellite and mobile communication systems and associated infrastructure.
Maintain records and documentation including device inventories, equipment repairs, and audit readiness.
Order, install, configure and train users on mobile devices and other mobility and voice communication services.
Order, install, repair, and provide service plans for VOIP telephones, mobile devices, and other voice communication services.
Work with the cybersecurity team to mitigate mobile-related threats, such as malware detection or hardware loss.
Install and configure specialized applications and platforms tailored for mission-specific use on mobile devices.
Configure and manage security profiles, including full-disk encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and granular application control.
Onboard new devices, manage SIM card assignments, and handle account creation/modification/deletion based on access level validation.
Maintain a meticulous inventory of all hardware.
Execute and track Local Service Requests (LSRs) in coordination with the Information Management Office.
Review monthly user billings to identify indicators of fraud, waste, or abuse.
Monitor and report any violations of regulatory procedures, providing actionable recommendations for resolution.
Train end-users on device operation and maintain updated user agreements to ensure policy alignment.
Participate in on-call or after-hours support during maintenance windows, outages, or mission surges.

Requirements
Education
High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience, Associate's with 4 years, or Bachelor's with 2 years of relevant experience

Experience
4+ years of Mobile Device Administration experience in an enterprise or DoW environment
Technical Skills
Experience administering satellite and mobile communication networks
Proficiency with mobile device management and administration
Experience in ordering, installing, configuring and training users on mobile devices and other mobility and voice communication services.
Experience in ordering, installing, repairing, and providing service plans for VOIP telephones, mobile devices, and other voice communication services.
Experience in troubleshooting issues with satellite and mobile device communication and operation

Role Requirements
Excellent written communication for satellite and mobile device documentation
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, escalate appropriately, and maintain operational discipline under time pressure
Familiarity with RMF processes and cyber input to mobile devices
Experience working in collaborative IPT environments with cross-functional coordination

Certifications
Required: IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE), Cisco CCNA
Preferred: CCNP, ITIL v4 Foundation
Clearance and Citizenship
Clearance: TS/SCI
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
Must be approved for German TESA.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-enclave or multi-tenant environments requiring high availability
Experience with NetFlow or network traffic analysis tooling and basic anomaly investigation support
Experience supporting VoIP call routing or UC network connectivity troubleshooting
Experience supporting IPTV device configuration and installation
Familiarity with Network Address Declaration processes and eMASS ATO package support documentation

Physical Requirements
This position may require occasional physical activity such as lifting equipment, bending/crouching to troubleshoot, and extended periods of sitting.

Job Types: Full-Time

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 +LQA

Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends as needed
