• Maintain application interfaces with other systems, databases, and external data sources.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for enhancements and future application capabilities.
• Support dashboard, reporting, and visualization efforts that improve visibility, auditing, and decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to validate data and improve workflow efficiency.
• Assist with ETL and data migration efforts involving legacy and modernized systems.
• Prepare and maintain documentation supporting system security approvals, system security plans, and related artifacts.
• Follow Sponsor cybersecurity and risk management framework requirements throughout the application lifecycle.
• Track requirements, defects, and enhancement requests using a Sponsor-approved tracking system.
• Troubleshoot legacy application issues and contribute to reliability and performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI with FSP
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Background supporting enterprise CRM or COTS platforms in a production environment.
• Ability to work within client/server-based application environments and support application workflows.
• Familiarity with interfaces between applications, databases, and external systems.
• Ability to investigate technical issues, resolve user problems, and support operational continuity.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Oracle Siebel CRM data architecture.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, or database scripting.
• Exposure to Oracle database environments and database configuration activities.
