Role Description: Analyzes and improves organizational workflows and operational processes to ensure information systems effectively support mission activities. Facilitates stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Collects and analyzes operational data to inform strategic planning and process redesign initiatives. Develops recommendations that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen management controls. Oversees implementation of improved processes and ensures alignment with organizational policies, performance goals, and strategic objectives.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $100,000-180,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
