Job Description
Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is on the forefront of supporting Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) as they shape the future of Advanced Digital Electronics across the DoD's most mission-critical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems.
We're looking for a dynamic Senior Training Analyst to help bring next-generation Fleet technologies to life. In this role, you'll translate cutting-edge systems into powerful, mission-ready training programs and documentation that directly support warfighters and national security priorities.

This position is fully onsite with the NIWC PAC team in the vibrant Point Loma area of San Diego, CA.
Essential Job Responsibilities
• Examine system architecture and engineering processes, and interface with engineering leads to develop training curriculums.
• Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
• Research and integrate new and innovative training methods, materials, and techniques.
• Participate in program level meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience (technical degree preferred)
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Advanced proficiency in training development methodologies and industry-standard training design software
• Demonstrated expertise in interpreting complex technical systems and translating them into clear, effective training and communication
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey highly technical information to diverse audiences
• Hands-on experience with modern documentation tools, content management systems, and technical writing best practices

Preferred Requirements
- Proven Navy "A" or "C" School Instructor experience with a strong foundation in Fleet training delivery
- Extensive curriculum development experience following NAVEDTRA 137A and 138 standards
- Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) designation demonstrating advanced instructional and curriculum mastery
- Background in National Security Agency (NSA) or Naval Intelligence (NAVINTEL) training development
- Experience integrating emerging learning technologies - such as AR/VR, simulation based training and other innovative instructional tools
- Solid Navy Fleet technical or intelligence operation background
- Working knowledge of Navy Training Systems Plan (NTSP) and associated training requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance
