The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Program Analyst to support an exciting program. This is a fast-paced opportunity to pull your multiple talents in support of a successful team.
Responsibilities:
1.Technical Writer/Editing1
• Produce, proofread, edit, and format a wide range of technical documentation, including User manuals and guides, Project plans and roadmaps, Reports
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to: Conduct in-depth interviews and information-gathering sessions for meeting minutes and milestone tracking and verify accuracy and completeness of technical information
• Develop and deliver high-quality monthly reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering team members, project leaders, project management) to align documentation with project development cycles and company objectives
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Utilize technical writing tools and Microsoft Applications/ Power BI Apps, Adobe Software, and content management systems to streamline the documentation process and version control
• Assist in technical writing projects involving classified documents, adhering to all security clearance requirements, and handling procedures
2. Logistics Management
• Perform tasks for Government Furnished Material (GFM) life cycle management, inventory accountability and visibility, compliance, Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM)
• Apply and ensure compliance with DOD, DON, NAVSEA policy, processes and procedures for the acquisition, receipt, storage, issuance, and transfer of Government Furnished Material (GFM)
• Perform Government Furnished Material (GFM) spot checks, key supporting document reviews, and technical department material spot checks
• Assist in the development of logistics policies, processes, and procedures
• Utilize Automated Information Systems (AIS). Define system and process inefficiencies and recommends solutions
• Conduct analyses, provide recommended solutions, develop, and implement new processes and guidance based on DOD, DON and NAVSEA instructions, regulations, and procedures
• Manage and research Suppliers, OEMs, Contracts, and Vendors
• Lead internal and external meetings to manage, track, organize and deliver thousands of parts for equipment and systems across commercial and government facilities including shipyard and industrial base entities
• Assist in the development of a Logistics SOP for the Systems and Logistics Teams
• Manage the workflow and issues of concerns to submit, monitor, and completes work orders on all incoming and outgoing material for logistics technicians
• Perform Quality Assurance duties on all incoming Government Furnished Material (GFM) in accordance with current policy and procedures.
• Assist in developing and reviewing program technical documentation and provides input and direction on logistics/maintenance issues and requirements
• Preform inventory management duties to include material disposition and DRMO for parts not being used
• Support the operations of Government property including the efficient and timely distribution and transportation of goods for government officials
3. Day 1 Coordinator Support for Naval Engineering New Employees
• Support Ordering of new Equipment
• Perform Resume Reviews for LCV processing
• Confirm Clearances (Email notification from CAST/CACI Security)
• Confirm CISTAC generated CACI username/email & sends notification
• Deliver Welcome email with appropriate info
• Order CACI Token/Laptop
• Perform I-9 Designated Agent duties and Workday onboarding tasks
• Manage TASS and CAC CARD application
