The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Master Scheduler with advanced MS Project expertise to provide critical support to NSWC - Crane Division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large, complex programs. This position requires a deep understanding of project management principles, including Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances, as well as the ability to build and maintain program-level IMS that incorporate major milestones and deliverables from both Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources. The successful candidate will monitor OEM schedule performance, utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.

- Organizes and directs work, coordinates efforts related to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedules
- Performs program schedule analysis to include Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances -Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources
- Monitors OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances
- Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variance
- Proposes processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years' experience
- Expert knowledge in use of MS Project
Desired:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience working with the DOD
