This is an exciting opportunity to join the Emerging Systems finance team as a P4 finance lead supporting the Advanced Development Programs Sub Prog 2 area under the Airborne Spectrum Dominance SSBU under the Advanced Technology SBU out of our Plano, Texas Independence location. You will be a key member of the finance and program team in charge of all financial aspects of this classified program area.
This position is currently designated as Onsite. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at the following Raytheon location: Plano TX .

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What You Will Do
- Responsibilities will include performing monthly external earned value reporting to the customer, detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to plan, perform estimates at completion and monthly latest revised estimates, utilize other metrics and tools to ensure the successful execution of the program, as well as all financial planning and analysis for the program area including monthly forecasts and Long Range Planning.
- Provide project management guidance to program teams to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines.
- Compile compliant monthly EV reports for Program Management.
- Develop and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) which includes monthly External Earned Value reporting to the customer.
- Work closely with various functional organizations during the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and LRE process as well as monitoring organization performance.
- Facilitate the financial planning activities for their specific Program Area including RPLAN updates and analyze and communicate how program performance impacts BSEC (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, & Cash). Facilitating monthly data reconciliation and develop AOP and 5 Year LRSP plan.
- Financial point of contact for Program Management and be able to provide financial guidance to IPT key team members and non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Highlight pertinent information derived from analysis of program data, including trend analysis - high proficiency of MS Excel is expected.
- Attend program meetings and evaluating EVM data to strengthen program performance.
- Facilitate standard processes and resources across programs
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Experience with Government EVM reporting & compliance.
- Experience with EVM tools (i.e. PMX, SAP, PRISM, Program Metrics).
- Experience with Excel (Including AO).
- Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
