Prepare and manage technical documentation, reports, and internal tracking artifacts that support compliance and quality standards.
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, safety guidance, and quality control processes.
Facilitate technical meetings, track action items, and ensure disciplined follow-through across functional teams.
Identify technical risks and configuration discrepancies and coordinate corrective action.
Provide technical guidance to team members and support users as required.
Qualifications
This position is primarily local; however, candidates must be willing to support occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel in support of shipboard or shore-based PITCO activities as mission requirements dictate.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related accredited discipline.

Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated technical experience supporting TACNET or other Navy C4I systems.
