Field Support Representative
Location: Ramstein, Germany
Job Description:
Serve as an FSR Operations and Intel Analyst
Embed with user groups on the front lines to assist implementation teams and understand workflows
Build dashboard products and assist users with building questions
Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases
Solve unique and challenging problems
Embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs
Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise
Provide desk-side training to analysts
Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
Staff the Help Desk
Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues
Provide feedback to the engineering team about product
Answer questions from senior leaders
Attend customer meetings and develop strong relationships within customer organization at all levels
Qualifications:
5+ years of intel operations and analysis experience
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
Prior experience with Foundry/Foundry workshop (required)
Experience building out dashboards
Three years or more supporting conventional and/or special military force operations is a plus
Level of Education: Technical Experts will have Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience.
Technical Experts, as FSRs, will have a technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration.
Hands-on experience with Palantir-built user interfaces
Information management experience including data analysis and data integration
Strong knowledge of Excel
Military or special operations experience preferred
This position requires relocation to Germany
