ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC is seeking an All Source Intelligence Analyst with an active Dept. Of Defense Top Secret U.S. security clearance to support our contract with JTF-N. This position is in U.S. Consulate in Juarez, Mexico supporting the Department of State. Selected applicants will live in El Paso, TX (Vicinity) and travel to/from work location daily. Must be fluent in Spanish and be able to translate from Spanish to English.

The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:
- Conducting all-source research, predictive analysis, production and dissemination of intelligence (Both written and oral presentation formats).
- Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
- Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open-source information.
- Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
- Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
- Researching, interpreting, evaluating, and integrating all-source information to assess the relevance and significance of developments in the assigned area.
- Developing IA-derived action plans, papers, reports, and other products
- Analyzing national and theater source data, to include, Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), Financial Intelligence (FININT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT).
- Participating in interagency and/or multinational meetings and conferences in order to present and receive mission-related functional information.
- Operating computer-based analysis systems and tools, and use a variety of analytical applications, computer systems, software, and ancillary equipment.
- Conducting senior level drafting, editing, review, and presentation of JTF-N all source-intelligence products on TCOs and their activities.
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrate fluency in technical and conversational Spanish (DLPT Level 2+), with the ability to translate between English and Spanish required.
- Active DOD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen .
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or 9 years of equivalent experience without a degree.
- At least 5 years' demonstrated experience in All Source Intelligence Analysis for DoD.
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary to conduct senior level drafting, editing, review, and presentation of JTF-N all source-intelligence products on Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) and their activities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Palantir, TAC, Mobile Awareness GEOINT Environment (MAGE), and i2 Analyst's Notebook
- Intel Analyst experience in the military preferred.
