The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an exceptionally motivated and highly detail oriented Financial Analyst to support management and execution of a program's portfolio of contracts. Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to varying team environments and able to work effectively with geographically dispersed stakeholders of different backgrounds, priorities, and operating cultures. A willingness to dive into and take ownership of tasks outside of comfort zones is imperative.
This position is hybrid remote with a minimum requirement of 3 days in office located in Crane, IN.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work closely with the CACI Program Team to coordinate program execution across a wide array of individual projects and teams. You will support various tasks, unique and recurring in nature, such as:
- Work closely with the Program Management team to manage contract financial performance.
- Coordinate with Project Managers on funding and forecasting for subcontractors.
- Assist in researching and preparing responses to government sponsor and stakeholder data calls.
- Proactively recommend and follow-through on actions based upon project status.
- Establish dashboards, visualizations, and/or reports where none exist and suggest improvements to existing processes where needed.
- Take ownership of the above tasks, while also continuously looking for other tasks or projects to own or support as new ones emerge.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience supporting DoD contracts.
Desired:
- Active Secret clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
