Business Analysis & Requirement Management
Responsibilities:
• Lead or support the collection, documentation, and management of capability requirements based on operational needs.
• Analyze requirements to ensure they are concise, complete, consistent, and follow program objectives.
• Apply QA standards to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure requirements align with enterprise-level strategies, architectures, and reference frameworks.
• Identify gaps, overlaps, dependencies, and conflicts across various programs.
• Provide SME-level recommendations to resolve conflicts during validation.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences within and outside of NATO.
o Must be able to travel at least 30 days out of the calendar year.
Must Haves
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis using managements tools such as: SparX Enterprise Architect, Aris, Jira, DOORS, or Jama Connect.
o Must have experience meeting industry standards and best practices. Ex: International Requirements Engineering Board, Scaled Agile Framework, Business Analysis Body of Knowledge
• Certification or can provide proof of formal training within one or multiple methodologies: IREB, SAFe, and/or IIBA.
• Active Secret Clearance
• Ability to explain present requirements and business processes to non-technical audiences.
• Highly efficient communicator within written and oral communication.
Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000
