Cyberspace Warfare Development Engineer
• Master’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, or computer science.
o Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of recent/relevant experience in system engineering, capability development and implementation can be considered rather than a master’s degree.
• Must have hands-on experience in authoring specifications, architectures, and functional analysis and designs within military information and cyber systems.
• Post-degree education in CIS security and cyber defense disciplines.
o CISSP, GIAC Security Expert, or ISACA CISM are acceptable.
• PMP, AXELOS Management of Successful Programs (MSP), or PPQ certification required.
• Executing workshops for stakeholders within governmental or academia agencies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, describe, and document NATO cyber capabilities based on operational needs, requirements, literature review, and strategic guidance.
• Build and sustain Communities of Interest
• Provide additional capability development activities – feasibility studies, foresight and future-threat analysis, technical and operational analysis.
Compensation: $115,000-$150,000
