Clearance: Active TS/SCI required on day one; ability to obtain/hold required caveats and NATO Secret access
Travel: Periodic travel in support of exercises, working groups, partner events, and senior leader engagements

Position Overview:
STi is seeking an Intelligence Operations Integrator / Data Integration & Visualization Analyst to provide the hybrid technical capability. This billet combines the functions that, might have been split across a dedicated data engineer, geospatial/visualization analyst, and Palantir-style field support role. The position is responsible for connecting data and workflow support to operational outputs: building and refining data collection methods, supporting Palantir-to-TRESTLE data use and integration, producing dashboards and visual products, supporting working groups and exercises, and preparing executive communication materials and follow-on reports. This role also supports other analysis with structured data, visualization, and presentation support. Emphasis on Palantir, user workflow support, dashboards, troubleshooting, and high-level brief support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate as the team’s primary technical integrator for Palantir, TRESTLE, Analytic Development Environment tools, and other Government-approved data/visualization workflows.
• Build and maintain structured data collection instruments such as observation guides, decision logs, inject response trackers, evidence tables, stakeholder maps, and action trackers for working groups, tabletop exercises, and partner events.
• Clean, structure, and visualize data for recurring analytic use, including charts, graphics, workflow maps, geospatial overlays, trend displays, and executive-ready briefing material.
• Support users and analysts by identifying workflow gaps, improving repeatability, standardizing data capture, and troubleshooting technical issues in Government-approved environments.
• Produce presentation materials and follow-on reports for senior leader engagements, integrated planning teams, design reviews, program reviews, and related working groups.
• Ensure data products are traceable, version controlled, reviewable, and usable in low-connectivity or restricted-access environments.
• Enforce event-specific constraints such as aggregate metrics only, no personal data collection, and draft/final review cycles suitable for Government acceptance.
• Work side-by-side with the analysts and PM to turn raw activity data into decision-quality briefs and after-action products.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, geography/GIS, intelligence studies, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data integration, mission systems support, intelligence operations support, analytics workflow integration, or comparable defense technical/analytic roles.
• Demonstrated experience working with or supporting Palantir platforms or similar operational/intelligence data environments.
• Demonstrated experience with data cleaning, structured data capture, dashboard or visualization support, and preparation of briefing-ready products.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or other scripting/query tools sufficient to manipulate, transform, or troubleshoot data workflows in approved environments.
• Ability to support analysts with data visualization, repeatable templates, workflow troubleshooting, and executive briefing support.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to operate in classified and compartmented environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues and workflow changes clearly to both analysts and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Gotham, Foundry, or Gaia, or prior experience in a Palantir-adjacent field service/integrator role.
• Experience with geospatial analysis, mapping oriented operational analysis.
• Experience supporting SOF, exercise assessment, partner-nation planning events, AAR production, or senior leader engagement packages.
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Excel and slide-based briefing development at an advanced level.
