Position Summary

ANSER is seeking a highly experienced GEOINT Certification Program Analyst to support mission-critical initiatives for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role you will drive strategic analysis, process improvement, and certification program oversight to enhance GEOINT capabilities and enterprise performance. You will work closely with senior leadership and government stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, strengthen program governance, and ensure alignment with mission priorities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business and operational requirements.
  • Apply business analysis and data analytics techniques to identify inefficiencies, evaluate risks, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support strategic planning, performance assessments, and enterprise process modernization initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver briefings, reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
  • Serve as an action officer by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables aligned with NGA priorities.
  • Maintain and update GEOINT certification program frameworks, including certification structures, knowledge bodies, and related datasets.
  • Conduct data quality audits and prepare analytical summaries and staffing packages for governance review.
  • Prepare and review accreditation application packages in accordance with National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) requirements.
  • Manage and audit certification maintenance activities and related records using established data management tools and processes.
  • Contribute to annual accreditation and certification reporting and support data-informed program planning and improvements.

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, data analytics, or program support in complex technical environments
  • Experience using data querying and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB
  • Demonstrated experience preparing accreditation application packages and maintaining certification program accreditation in accordance with National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) requirements
  • Experience supporting credentialing best practices and developing or maintaining professional certification or certificate programs
  • Experience supporting complex analytics projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, program management, analytics)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience serving as a quality control expert within the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Demonstrated experience writing, interpreting, and applying DoD/IC policies and guidance related to certification or credentialing programs
