Synertex LLC is seeking a Mission Trainer Team Lead to support intelligence training development and instructional delivery for government mission partners. This role supports the development of analytic tradecraft training, curriculum design, and mission-focused instruction aligned with Army and Intelligence Community standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and deliver intelligence training materials that support mission goals, analytic tradecraft, standards, and objectives.
- Draft and formulate lesson plans, presentations, curricula, and training products in accordance with TRADOC and Army standards.
- Instruct and conduct training for military audiences, applying adult learning principles and mission-relevant instructional techniques.
- Maintain and manage training materials and content within assigned educational and training systems, including AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), or equivalent platforms.
- Review emerging policy, doctrine, and guidance publications, provide feedback, and assess applicability for incorporation into training products.
- Develop, maintain, and manage training records, documentation, and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of labor category activities required to meet mission and training requirements.
- Apply mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and incorporate relevant developments from academia or other fields into training and analytic facilitation.
- Define and apply new, comprehensive, or innovative research and instructional approaches that enable rigorous assessments and contribute to high-level mission tasks.
- Analyze analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-Intelligence Community boundaries and clearly communicate key findings.
- Review analytic products to ensure tradecraft compliance, analytic rigor, logical argumentation, and adequate support for conclusions, routinely testing analytic quality.
- Perform duties independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating sound judgment and accountability.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the labor category, with at least a portion within the last 2 years
- 10 years of experience in an intelligence discipline within the DoD or Intelligence Community, with experience within the last 2 years
- Desired Education (one of the following):
- Master's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution; or
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5 additional years of senior experience (17 years total) in lieu of a Master's degree; or
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of intelligence discipline experience; or
- Associate's degree with 12 years of intelligence discipline experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience drafting and formulating training materials or curricula in accordance with TRADOC and Army standards.
- Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Develop and deliver intelligence-focused training products
- Apply analytic tradecraft and methodologies in instructional settings
- Assess and integrate policy and doctrinal changes into training content
