CACI's Digital & Enterprise Solutions (D&ES) Sector is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of training programs for US Army Comprehensive Modernization. We need to hire a Training Manager for an upcoming network modernization program. This role requires a deep understanding of training design principles and instructional design methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training program management, curriculum development, and instructional design in support of the delivery of high-performance, secure and modern network solutions that enhance mission readiness across Army CONUS locations.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive training programs aligned with COMPMOD goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of training initiatives.
- Ensure training programs are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Design and develop training curricula, including learning objectives, content, and assessment methods.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training materials.
- Ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with US Army standards and best practices.
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning.
- Facilitate training sessions.
- Ensure trainers and facilitators are well-prepared and equipped to deliver training effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainers and facilitators.
- Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, secure buy-in, and ensure training programs align with objectives.
- Facilitate communication between training teams, project managers, and other relevant parties.
- Provide regular updates and reports on quality assurance activities and metrics to stakeholders.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Qualifications:
Required:
- US citizen with ability to obtain Secret security clearance upon hire
- Technical BS degree with 5 years of experience in CAD management and operations (High School diploma or associate degree plus a minimum of 7 years of experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree)
- In-depth knowledge of training design principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training delivery tools
- Expert understanding of learning theories and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and resource management tools
Desired:
- Active Secret security clearance
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing training programs.
- Knowledge of US Army-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to training and development.
- Experience in a DOD or US Army training of system integration projects
