A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Minimum Qualifications:Specialized IT experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training or IT certification which demonstrates skill in applying: Principles and methods for integrating information systems components; Performance tuning tools and techniques; System diagnostic tool and fault identification techniques; Systems administration methods; and IT security principles.

Completion of a master's degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree in computer science/engineering, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours as indicated above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks.

HIGH QUALIFICATIONS CRITERIA:
1. Must possess and provide a valid CompTIA Security + Certification document.
2.Possess a minimum three (3) years of experience working with ISP Circuit Management, Enterprise Firewall Management, Network Routing/VLANS, Managed Switches, Dell Server Management, Microsoft Server Active Directory and Hyper-V Clustering with Failover Management, Microsoft Enterprise Windows OS, Fiber and Copper Infrastructure, IT Procurement and Purchase Requests, Life Cycle Management, and Commercial Wired and Wireless Internet Service.

- Performs work that involves planning and coordinating the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and/or maintenance of hardware or software systems using standard principles, theories, concepts and methods for systems administration.
- Implements security plans, policies, and preventive maintenance schedules. Utilizes diagnostic tools and techniques to verify operability, optimize the functionality of networks and/or systems, and to diagnose/recover failed systems.
- Carries out routine maintenance, upgrade, and support of hardware, operating systems, and/or applications software.
- Provides ongoing optimization and problem solving support to minimize interruptions in customers' ability to carry out critical business activities.
- Manages network rights and access to systems and equipment. Interprets and applies information security and information assurance policy, principles, and practices in the delivery of systems administration services.
