· Format: 6-month contract to hire

· Salary: $105k max
· Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
· Interview Process: 1-Round; Virtual
· Shift: Afternoon; 3p-11p
Job Summary:
Network Security professionals are needed for a government contract, working on a military base to provide network and system support for the Air Force.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience with:
• Enterprise DOD boundary protection
• Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• IAT-II certification
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) certification
• Secret clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certification
• Certified Cisco Network Administrator (CCNA)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Install, monitor, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, patch, harden, and maintain:
• Intrusion detection/prevention systems
• Firewalls
• Load balancers
• Web proxies
• Protect AFNet resources from internal and external threats according to DoD security standards.
• Perform complex analytics on boundary protection systems to safeguard system assets from:
• Compromise
• Data loss
• Conduct Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) and Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) operations.
