MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidate must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Army National Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion).
Maximum Military Grade - CW3 (W-3) with date of rank after 20 September 2025
Minimum Military Grade - SSG (E-6)
GENERAL EXPERIENCE : Must possess experience or training which demonstrates your ability to organize assignments for subordinates, estimate material and manpower needed for specific jobs; able to explain manuals and work procedures; and to prepare production records, work records and reports.
WS-10 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Must possess specialized experience that demonstrates ability to plan and organize work assignments, review work requirements, and establish priorities to meet deadlines for a powered support systems function. The specialized experience must also indicate knowledge of the various lines of work performed by the powered support systems function and other sections involved; ability to deal effectively with other people and gain their cooperation in achieving common goals and experience which involved devising new work methods and procedures or improvements in existing work practices; experience supervising through subordinate supervisors, or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced by the ability to communicate, skill at applying human relations techniques, knowledge of general supervisory concepts, knowledge of shop processes; and adapt existing equipment and techniques to new situations.

- Plans weekly or monthly work schedules and sequence of operations.
- Establishes deadlines and priorities based on established general schedules, methods, and policies.

Conditions of employment
- Employment can be terminated with a 30 day notice.
- In the event a permanent (Tenure 1 or 2) employee is selected, and is willing to accept the indefinite appointment, that employee will relinquish permanent status.
- This position is authorized to be filled as long as the reimbursable funds are available.
- Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
- Failure to complete management prescribed courses for full-time support personnel within the first year of employment or assignment, may be cause for reassignment or termination.
- May be required to successfully complete a supervisory probationary period.

- This is an Excepted Service position that requires membership in the Missouri National Guard prior to the effective date of placement.
