Job Duties:
I ntelliGenesis LLC is seeking an Intelligence Collection Manager to join its team supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency's Joint Force Headquarters - Department of Defense Information Network Directorate for Intelligence (JFHQ-DoDIN J2).
As part of the cyber defense of the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN), the Intelligence Collection Manager will provide the JFHQ-DoDIN J2 assistance in:
The Collection Manager will be a key employee ensuring that collection management plans and principles support JFHQ-DoDIN commander's intelligence priorities and information gaps; as well as assist in validating, coordinating, drafting, submitting, and maintaining of intelligence requirements and requests to the intelligence community through the United States Cyber Command J2). The Collection Manager will participate in strategic level working groups in order to facilitate long-range collection efforts while deconflicting and coordinating the organization's intelligence and information needs that cross joint and interagency boundaries. They will also assist in the coordination and daily management of organic collection assets through appropriate intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance processes and be counted on to help with the development, revision and maintenance of command Priority Intelligence Requirements as well as support Operational Planning Teams and other working groups.

Required Skills:
- U.S. citizens only
- TS/SCI clearance required
- Knowledge of intelligence collection management processes
- Ability to use collection request and management tools
- Experience using software-based RFI management systems, including COLISEUM, eTask, SharePoint, or other task management portals
- Knowledge or experience in one or more of the all-source intelligence collection management disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, IMINT, GEOINT, TECHINT and CI)
- Assist in the validating, coordinating, drafting, submitting, and maintaining Intelligence requirements and requests to the IC through USCYBERCOM
- Provide daily walk arounds with analysts to find out gaps and needs for future production
- Provide bi-weekly feedback to USCC J2C regarding CM efforts locally for the bi-weekly brief to the J2C
- Willingness to be a proactive member of team looking for improvements in technologies and processes
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical or military discipline or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
- Recent experience (within the last five years) working at or above the Combatant Command or Defense Agency level.
- Certified Collection Management Professional
