Weâre seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations and security at our Aurora, Colorado site. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, security, IT, and facilities while ensuring compliance with company standards. The individual will lead and support a team, providing guidance and development to employees at various levels. They will be responsible for maintaining operations, meeting sponsor security requirements, and delivering quality service to our clients.

⢠Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure effective, compliant, and efficient security operations.
⢠Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement long-term operational plans that support organizational growth and performance objectives.
⢠Communicate organizational updates, policies, and procedural changes to management and staff while maintaining transparency and team engagement.
⢠Continuously evaluate operational processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, accountability, and service delivery.
⢠Ensure safe, compliant work environments and adherence to all applicable regulatory and governmental requirements.
⢠Build and maintain strong working relationships with department leaders, government partners, and clients to support operational coordination and high levels of customer service.
⢠Lead recruitment, training, and development of key personnel while fostering a positive, professional organizational culture.
⢠Partner with finance and operations leadership to manage budgets, monitor performance, and support operational forecasting.
⢠Oversee internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to organizational policies and government regulations.

⢠Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Operations Management or Security related field
⢠10+ years of demonstrated relevant management experience
