LMI is currently seeking a qualified Full Stack Developer in support of our Defense Intelligence client in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will bring experience in multiple development technologies and methodologies as well as strong process transformation skills to enhance the team's capabilities. Relevant experience for this role may include any or all the following: software development, cloud engineering, management consulting, implementing software code, and debugging technical issues. Ability to research, test, build, and coordinate integration per government requirements.

Responsibilities
- We are looking for a flexible software developer that has experience delivering web solutions for the federal government, is comfortable developing in multiple languages, experienced on both front and backend, microservices, and API development.
- Ability to work with the government lead to develop solutions, interface designs, and architecture of websites.
- This role requires you to be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
- We prefer candidates that are unafraid to tackle new technologies and stretch their competencies to areas of development that they may not have encountered before.
- Responsible for updating and creating customized web applications that may include Tableau Dashboards. You will be implementing software code and debugging technical issues.
- Ability to research, test, build, and coordinate integration per government requirements. Work with government lead to develop site concept.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Or associates with 8+ years experience)
- This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Applicants with TS/SCI who are eligible for polygraph are encouraged to apply and will be sponsored for upgrade.
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience in frontend and/or backend web application development.
- backend: professional experience with at least one back end language to include C#, Java, Python, Go
- frontend: professional experience with javascript/typescript, using API's, design, CSS, HTML, React
- Strong SQL skills, or ORMs
- Self-motivated, able to take loose requirements and turn into solutions
- Willingness to reach out for guidance as well as offer alternative solutions
- Experience using version control with Gitlab or GitHub
- Comfortable interacting with developers and non-developers to solve technical challenges and requirements
- Comfortable troubleshooting existing applications as well as creating new applications or features
- Clear and frequent communication
- Proficient in relational and non-relational databases, Including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Dynamo, Postgres, and MongoDB, etc. to include schema design, data definition, and advanced queries.

- Full stack experience
- Comfortable using a variety of tech stacks i.e. .net/C#/Windows/SQL Server and Linux/Python/Postgres
- Security +
- Modern frontend development for example React/Vue/Solid/Angular
- Data analytics and data visualization
- UI design
- Atlassian suite of tools
- Familiar with IA processes and accreditation
- Meet DOD 8570 certification requirements (Security+) willing to get if not have already.
