Job Purpose:
- The RFI Manager at Knight Federal Solutions Inc is responsible for conducting comprehensive all-source link and social network analysis using advanced techniques. The role involves assessing information gaps and enhancing the intelligence collection cycle by developing and implementing effective collection strategies and managing Requests for Information (RFI).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth all-source link and social network analysis using advanced social network analysis techniques.
- Assess information gaps and predict areas of information that enhance the collection cycle.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to effectively manage Requests for Information (RFI).
- Engage with senior government and military officials to facilitate intelligence operations.
- Develop strategic communications plans to support intelligence objectives.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Maintain active TS/SCI clearance and demonstrate willingness to undergo a polygraph exam.
- Collaborate with intelligence community (IC) partners and leverage experience as an executive assistant, executive officer, and requirements manager.
- Apply knowledge of COLISEUM and the EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) to enhance intelligence operations.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of experience working in intelligence
- Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience working in intelligence
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience working in intelligence

Required Experience:
- Experience working in the Department of Defense (DoD)
- Experience engaging with senior government and military officials
- Experience developing strategic communications plans
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills for conducting all-source in-depth link and social network analysis
- Ability to assess information gaps and predict areas of information to enhance the collection cycle
- Expertise in developing collection strategies and managing Requests for Information (RFI)

Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Experience as an executive assistant, executive officer, or requirements manager
- Knowledge of COLISEUM
- Familiarity with the EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
